SHIPPING

1. What are delivery method and the processing time frame?

We prioritize the safe delivery for all of our orders, therefore we will use 3 main courier service for all local orders; Poslaju, Ninja Van & J&T Express . Once orders are made, we will require 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday) for processing and another 1-2 business days for delivery. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We are working on it and will announce soon.

EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility: Products are eligible for exchange within 14 days/2 weeks from the date of purchase.

2. Condition of the product: The product must be in its original,unused and in the original packaging.

3. Proof of purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc) is required for all exchanges.

4. Reasons for exchange: Exchanges are accepted for reasons such as:

-Bottle defects

-Wrong perfumes/scents received

5. Exchange process:

-To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support at daftnco@gmail.com / Whatsapp 0127660776 within 14 days from purchase date made.

-Provide the order number and reason for exchange.

6. Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the exchange criteria.

7. Shipping Costs: Shipping cost will only be covered by Seller during first purchase made (2 bottles & above). Any shipping cost for exchange of products are to be borne by customers:
RM 8 - Peninsular Malaysia, RM 14 - East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan)

8. Timeline: Once the product is received and inspected, the exchange process will be completed within (7-10 working days).

9. Exceptions: In case of exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to make decisions on a case-by-case basis.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY 

Refunds and exchanges are not available due to issues of hygiene with personal care products such as perfume. It is always recommended that you try 1 – 2 bottles before purchasing in bulk. We are happy to replace your items in cases of damage or if a package got lost in the mail.

If your items arrived with defects, please reach/email to us within 3 days of receipt and photo evidence : daftnco@gmail.com

PENGHANTARAN

1. Apakah kaedah penghantaran pesanan Malaysia dan masa pemprosesan pesanan?

Kami menggunakan perkhidmatan mel berdaftar untuk semua pesanan tempatan melalui kurier Poslaju,  Ninja Van dan J&T Express. Sebaik sahaja anda membuat pesanan, sila berikan 1-3 hari perniagaan (Isnin – Jumaat) untuk pemprosesan pesanan dan 1-2 hari perniagaan lagi untuk penghantaran.

2.Adakah anda menghantar ke peringkat antarabangsa?

Buat masa kini, tiada pesanan peringkat antarabangsa. Kami akan membuat pengumuman tidak lama lagi.

POLISI PERTUKARAN

1. Kelayakan : Produk layak ditukar dalam tempoh 14 hari/ 2 minggu dari tarikh pembelian.

2. Keadaan produk : Produk mestilah dalam keadaan asalnya, tidak digunakan dan dalam pembungkusan asal.

3. Bukti pembelian : Bukti pembelian yang sah (resit, pengesahan pesanan dll.) diperlukan untuk semua pertukaran.

4. Sebab pertukaran : Pertukaran diterima atas sebab-sebab seperti:

-Kecacatan botol

-Terima bau salah

5. Proses pertukaran:

-Untuk memulakan pertukaran, sila hubungi khidmat pelanggan kami di daftnco@gmail.com/Whatsapp 0127660776 dalam tempoh 14 hari dari tarikh pembelian.

-Berikan nombor pesanan dan sebab pertukaran.

6. Pemeriksaan: Pasukan kami akan memeriksa produk yang dikembalikan untuk memastikan ia memenuhi kriteria pertukaran.

7. Kos penghantaran : Kos penghantaran hanya akan ditanggung oleh penjual semasa pembelian pertama ( 2 botol ke atas). Sebarang kos penghantaran untuk pertukaran produk adalah tanggungjawab pelanggan:

-Semenanjung Malaysia : RM 8

-Malaysia Timur (Sabah,Sarawak & Labuan) : RM 14

8. Tempoh masa : Setelah produk diterima dan diperiksa, proses pertukaran akan selesai dalam (7-10 hari bekerja)

9. Pengecualian : Dalam keadaan tertentu, kami berhak membuat keputusan atas dasar kes .

POLISI PEMULANGAN DAN BAYARAN BALIK

Bayaran balik dan pertukaran tidak tersedia kerana isu kebersihan dengan produk penjagaan diri seperti minyak wangi.  Kami mengesyorkan anda mencuba 1 – 2 botol sebelum membeli secara pukal. Kami berbesar hati untuk menggantikan item anda sekiranya berlaku kerosakan atau jika bungkusan hilang dalam mel.
